Rosetto Volruse is the current guardian of Skvala, being very talented in economic business and energy conversion. Also a sister to Lenien and Carilite, she sometimes visits Nairyu as well. Not only that, but she also has Serralis under her wing, being her manager. She tries not to think too difficult about the simplistic community she has to work with as she mainly focuses on her tasks. As she can be loving, she can just be as disapproving with her confidence. In the little time she has, she often spends collecting cute collectibles or playing around with others, mostly with Serralis whenever she is around (sometimes a bit to Serralis' dismay).

I believe I have not much to discuss here! A new year, a new dragon... and it's been quite a while since I last revisited Zekrom, don't you think? While Rosetto may have not much to do with the plot, she still is an important authority character.
